A permanent cast of a moment through time - through an urchin shell.
Time captured within ceramic, is nature’s effect on a biological material within marine environments, such as the sea urchin shell. Through pressing a rather brittle mineral - such as a sea urchin - onto a body of clay, it’s negative shell structure is captured within the surface of a bowl, strengthened back into a bowl that will serve uni supplements in smoked pumpkin curry & coconut emulsion.
